​The Coalition for Change, Inc. (C4C)
is a proactive non-profit organization comprised of former and present employees who have been injured or
ill-treated due to Federal workplace race discrimination and reprisal.

Philosophy

Mission
To address race discrimination and retaliation in the federal government thereby improving the administration of public goods and services; and to provide informational and spiritual support for public servants who expose civil rights violations.



VISION
The C4C aims to be a proactive volunteer organization that provides spiritual,informational and advocacy support to Federal employees, who bravely report civil rights violations of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.   {Title VII prohibits employment discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex and national origin.} 




The C4C recognizes that equal employment opportunity and a federal workplace free of reprisal are key to enabling civil servants (i.e. agents, air traffic controllers, correction officers, analysts, food inspectors, fire-fighters) to meet the complex needs of our nation. A sound Federal Equal Employment Opportunity Program, with accountabilty measures that provide for discipline of federal officials who break anti-discrimination laws and who unfairly target employees for exposing internal abuses, strengthens our national security and reduces cost to taxpayers. Moreover, it is the C4C philosophy that the quality of life for U.S. citizens is strengthened when all people with qualifying skills are allowed to fairly compete and gain access to critical jobs needed to successfully meet the federal workplace’ business needs.

C4C is a member of The Make It Safe Coalition (MISC).  MISC is a nonpartisan, trans-partisan network of 75 good government, taxpayer, scientific, labor, civil liberties, and law enforcement organizations dedicated to strengthening protections for whistleblowers in private and public sector who protect the public by exposing waste, fraud and abuse in government.
